“Cruelty to animals is one of the most significant vices of a low and ignoble people. Wherever one notices them, they constitute a sure sign of ignorance and brutality which cannot be painted over even by all the evidence of wealth and luxury. Cruelty to animals cannot exist together with true education and true learning.”

― ALEXANDER VON HUMBOLDT

Shared Universe is a fund listed in Curaçao in 2014 that is mission driven to protect critically endangered species, specifically the rhinoceros, which have traditionally roamed the region in Southern Africa where we are purchasing land and making other investments to ensure that our mission and vision become not only a reality, but a commercial reality.

Key to our mission is to ensure the continued survival of the White Rhino.  Our vision is to become the highest quality rhino conservancy in all of Africa.

This will be accomplished by looking after both the physical health and emotional well-being of our protected animals, as well as ensuring our employees are equally taken care of.

About Us

To support our mission we will also educate the public in South Africa about why it is essential to conserve and help endangered species in their country.

Shared Universe will be promoting a positive image in and of South Africa, and support studies and campaigns which prove that rhino horn is not valuable for traditional Asian medicine, and will provide information to discourage its use for this purpose.

Revenues will be generated as we entertain and teach tourists about the life and troubles of rhinos and other endangered species, and the fund will also provide a sound training ground for various wildlife related professions.

By maintaining socially responsible businesses, Shared Universe will have a positive influence on the South African region we invest in and in both society as well as on the environment. We promote “green” and durable approaches to all business processes we invest in, at the same time we are running a sustainable business from a commercial point of view.
